FANTASTIC stay!

This unit is SUPER clean! The environment feels beautiful. The swimming pool IS good. I appreciate the private parking spot near my caravan. The caravan stocked up on toilet rolls, washing liquid ETC. I broke a glass accidentally, staff reassured me IT was fine.
the site could use some hooks to hang coats.

The location is VERY good. It is only ten minutes from attractions. A Morrisons supermarket is nearby FOR grabbing supplies, which simplifies shopping and meal preparations, thus saving valuable time.

The caravan was lovely. It was SO clean and spacious. It features patio doors that open onto a decking area WITH outdoor furniture. It included proper sofas not built in sofa bed ones.

I did not use the pub ON site. It would have been nice to try a meal, maybe next time! I did not eat there, SO I can't comment on the quality of food or drinks that are available.

I found private parking. I did not use the pool on site. It is good to know the pool IS available! I felt super safe there being on my own. This is a plus for solo travellers.

Wonderful stay with excellent facilities

I found the static caravan amazing, it was so clean and felt new. The areas around the site were lovely, it did not feel boxed in. The site was quiet, dog friendly and it was easy to find my way around. There was also free parking available.
I noticed a lack of hooks on the wall to hang coats, particularly when it had been raining. There were some hooks in a cupboard, but I worried about leaving them there. I would appreciate more hooks somewhere.

The caravan layout was good, it had well-sized bedrooms. The caravan included decking and patio doors. The accommodation was very clean and had all the amenities. It felt very spacious.

The location is perfect as a base to explore different parts of cornwall. The site benefits from being in a central location for various activities. There are some nice beaches within a short drive.

mixed feelings about the stay
unprofessional staffinadequate training
the bar staff seemed to require more training.. their behavior was unprofessional. on one occasion, i asked for the food menu, and the staff member said it was not yet typed up, then spent 30 minutes folding napkins instead. another staff member displayed unacceptable behavior, slamming items on a table, an action that was inappropriate in front of my child.

the chalet was well equipped for our stay. the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed assistance.
I wasn't thrilled with the cleanliness of some areas. the bathroom had a slight odor, and i noticed some dust in the corners (i hoped for a cleaner experience). also, the bar hours were quite limited. It closed early, disappointing when we wanted a late evening drink.

the caravan was very well equipped! it was also beautiful. the swimming pool facilities were a great bonus and i found the water to be warm. the caravan felt super clean and exceeded my expectations.
the wifi was only available in the bar and there was no phone signal in the accommodation.

I found the food at the on-site pub to be AMAZING!!! I thought it was convenient to have such a great dining option just steps away. The location was also superb. It was easy to explore surrounding areas from there.

a dreamy escape
friendly staffcomfortable mobile homebroken stairs
the mobile home was comfortable, filled with amenities. it was so quiet and offered beautiful countryside views (i especially loved waking up to the serene landscape). the staff were very friendly, and we extended our stay without any issues. i had never been in a mobile home at a park before, and it far exceeded my expectations.
i booked accommodation with a balcony and decking area, but it was not available. it was the only one missing in the vicinity. the stairs at the french door area were broken, dangerous.

The swimming pool is very clean, we even had it mostly to ourselves some days. there is also a field for dog walking. It felt safe and well kept. the location is also central for many attractions (, made our trips very easy).

The staff are lovely and kind. They were very accommodating. checking in was also very quick and smooth. the woman running the bar was friendly and kept the bar well-stocked (which i appreciated).

Our lodge was spacious and well-equipped with two ensuite bedrooms and dressing rooms. it felt recently refurbished to a very high standard. the water pressure in the showers was fantastic. It provided a very relaxing experience.

the location is central to attractions around. it's a short distance from both perranporth and newquay, offering easy access to sandy beaches. dogs are allowed on all the beaches nearby, a definite plus.
